Guide to Kahrshop.com About KahrShop.com Parts, accessories and wear only. Firearms must be ordered from a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer. Kahrshop.com has parts, accessories and wear for Kahr pistols and users. We'll be adding more Kahr brand items. The Kahrshop is available online 24 hours, 7 days a week! To make a Parts Order 1) Click on the "Pistol model" in the Parts section of the top menu, and select your model on the next page. Or, click the model name in the Parts section of the top menu. 2) The Parts data list shows the slide assembly, frame assembly and magazine assembly. Select from the "Select assembly" menu the assembly that the part you want to order belongs to. Then, select if you want to see the images of all the parts from the "Part images" menu. We recommend that you select "Don't show me. (Faster loading)". It saves you time to download the Parts list page. You can see a part image on the next page by clicking a link button. "Select assembly" menu Select from "Select assembly" menu assembly that the part you want to order belongs to. "Parts images" menu Select if you want to see images of all the parts from "Part images" menu. 3) Type the quantity of the part you want to order in the "QTY" box on the list page of your model. Then click the "Add to Cart" button which is located in an orange-colored box on top of the list. You can add more than one item at a time to your shopping cart if it is in same assembly of your model. If you want to reset the quantity on the list page, click the "Reset" button which is located in an orange-colored box on top of the list. All the "QTY" boxes on the page will become "0". Then type the quantity again in the "QTY" box. Type quantity of the part you want to order in "QTY" box on the list page of your model. Then click "Add to Cart" button. Click "View cart" button to see your shopping cart page. 4) If you want to delete an item from your shopping cart, click the "View cart" button to see your shopping cart page. Check the "Delete" box for the item listed that you want to delete. Then click the "Recalculate" button which is located on the bottom of the page. Each item's quantity can also be changed on the page. Type the new quantity in the "QTY" box, and then click the "Recalculate" button. Check "Delete" box if you want to delete the item. Then click "Recalculate" button. Type new quantity if you want to change. Then click "Recalculate" button. To make an Accessory or Kahr wear order Accessories order: 1) Click on the "Accessories list" in the Accessories section of the top menu, and select an item you want to order on the next page. Or, click the item name in the Accessories section of the top menu. 2) Select the kind ( Series, Hand, Color and etc.) you want to order from the "Kind" menu. And type the quantity in the "QTY" box on the detail page of the item. Then click the "Add to Cart" button next to the "QTY" box. Select the kind (Series, Hand, Color and etc.) you want to order. Type quantity in "QTY" box on the detail page of the item. Then click "Add to Cart" button. Kahr Wear order: 1) Click on the "Wear list" in the Wear section of the top menu, and select an item you want to order on the next page. Or, click the item name in the Wear section of the top menu. 2) Select the size you want to order from the "Size" menu. And type the quantity in the "QTY" box on the detail page of the item. Then click the "Add to Cart" button next to the "QTY" box. Select the size you want to order. Type quantity in "QTY" box on the detail page of the item. Then click "Add to Cart" button. Click "View cart" button to see your shopping cart page. 3) If you want to delete an item from your shopping cart, click the "View cart" button to see your shopping cart page. Click the "Cashier" button after you finished adding the items into your shopping cart. Your order will be completed by the three steps below. STEP 1. Fill in and confirm your billing and shipping information. Please type your complete e-mail address such as ***@aol.com, ***@***.net or ***@***.org. And use your current e-mail, because we will send you a confirmation e-mail with only your customer ID and message after your order is completed. We don't send your personal and credit card information by the e-mail. STEP 2. Payment: Fill in your credit card information. STEP 3. Invoice: Order completed. Click "Order Now!!" button. This completes your order. Type your billing and shipping address on the Cashier page. Type your credit card information on the next page. Then click the "Order Now!!" button. This completes your order. Your invoice will appear on the next page. We recommend that you print out the invoice as your order record, and as a record of your customer ID. Your credit card will be charged after we ship your order. About Payment Kahrshop.com only accepts credit card order. Four major credit cards - VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX and DISCOVER - are accepted. We are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your credit card information.

About Shipping and Handling Our shipping method is ground service only via US Postal Service (USPS) and FEDEX. Shipping and Handling is $6.00 on orders totaling $50.00 or less; $9.00 on orders totaling more than $50.00. In an effort to help reduce lost orders, “Delivery Confirmation” or “Signature Required” shipping options will be applied to orders having delivery addresses to apartment buildings and orders that total over $100.00. Additionally, these options can always be requested at any time for any type of shipment. A small fee (not to exceed $4.00) will be applied to the shipping charge for these options. Return/Exchange Policy Should the item you order not meet your expectations please return the item (unused) with the invoice copy or packing slip within 30 days. We will do everything possible to expedite your exchange. No refunds will be allowed after 30 days of invoice date and on refunds there may be a restocking charge of 25%. Include your invoice/packing ship with your return, insure the returned package for your protection and indicate the reason for the return in a letter accompanying the package. Send returns to the address on the invoice / packing slip.
